We are the Stephens!
I am Aubriana and my husband is Greg. We are high school sweethearts. We've been together going on 15 years with 4 beautiful kiddos. We have been in this line of work on our own for about 5 years now! We started off with a few we could handle alone but we took such pride in our work our owners started to recommend us to others. As time has gone on the needs of guest grew and we decided to grow with them. We added on every service we could think of that would help our owners out.
Our Members
Our team members are mostly family, so they share a common goal with us "Growing the Family business". As for outside members we have a hiring process that is as followed.

We do an in person or over the phone interview.

We give them a 30-day trial.

If we feel like things are working out, we evaluate where the cleaner is and decide if they need more training or are good to go. **We don't put a time stamp on training if we feel like someone is a good fit for us, we give them all the training they need/want.
